Shipping policy
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We ship orders within 5-7 business days from the date that we receive your order. For domestic orders customers typically receive their orders within 3-4 business days (Monday-Friday) from the date of shipment. The delivery time frames only apply to US addresses within the contiguous 47 states. Orders may be split and items may ship separately, due to inventory location. Orders placed on Friday will begin processing the following week. Transit times do not include Saturday, Sunday or holidays.
Customers are responsible for fees associated with orders delivered to a wrong address, so please be mindful when entering delivery information. All orders are insured while in transit. All orders with a value over $500 require signature on delivery, and all international orders require a signature on delivery. Please note, that in the event your package is lost or stolen upon delivery, neither the shipping company nor The Green can be held liable for any reimbursement cost.
Items designated as oversized require an additional shipping fee. Customer service will contact you once your order has been placed to confirm delivery details and provide a shipping quote. If you would like to review shipping costs in advance, connect@thegreen.com.
SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
Made-to-order items take extended time to produce and ship from the artist. Please check lead times noted in the product descriptions and note the time for development and delivery when placing your order. All made-to-order items are considered final sale.
The Green does not offer weekend delivery. Shipping is not available to Alaska or Hawaii. We cannot accept military APO/FPO addresses and PO Boxes for delivery. Certain items are restricted to domestic delivery or local pickup only. Please refer to product descriptions for individual details.
